- Follow-Up Outreach: Proactively reach out to unengaged leads via phone calls, texts, and emails to keep the sales pipeline active.
- CRM Updates: Perform data entry, file updates, and maintain accurate CRM information to ensure seamless lead management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisition team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and follow-up processes are optimized.
- Follow-Up Process Management: Monitor and assist in handling the follow-up process to keep the lead pipeline moving.
- Experience in phone sales with minimal accent.
- General knowledge of real estate; experience in real estate sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Sheets, and HelloSign.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow up on leads efficiently.
- Prior experience in lead management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with working EST hours, and candidates from Latin America are preferred.
