Strategic Sales Development Manager for Modern Trade

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mondelēz International as a Strategic Sales Development Manager for the modern trade channel, focusing on Walmart and convenience stores.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales efforts in the modern trade channel. As a Strategic Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, working closely with sales teams to ensure effective execution, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and clients.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in Key Account Management or similar positions, preferably in the modern channel and with large accounts such as Walmart.
- Strong strategic and influencing skills, with the ability to implement and follow sales strategies effectively.
- Ability to work as a team and indirectly lead large work groups.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Guatemala's market and the dynamics of the modern channel.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Experience in budget management and control of commercial objectives.
You will be part of Wacam, Mondelēz International's Latin America presence, which includes 13 countries and over 1700 employees from diverse cultures and nationalities. We make and distribute global brands and local jewels to over 190 million consumers.
Benefits and RequirementsMondelēz International offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth.
