The Role

As a Strategic Sales Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies across Central America. You will work closely with our distribution partners to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth through distributor channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners across Central America
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive sales plans and market strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize channel strategy and improve results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in managing distributor sales channels, particularly in wholesale
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies with distributors in diverse markets
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
