The Role

As a Sales Account Manager for Commodity Trading and Electronics, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts. You will identify and develop new customers to achieve monthly sales targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and upselling potential within existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least 2 years of experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive role, preferably within the Commodity Trading and Electronics industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
