Sales Divisional Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for driving business growth and managing complex customer relationships? We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Divisional Manager to join our team in Panama City, Panama.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage a Full Service Distributor model, creating and implementing plans to achieve sustainable results
- Lead customer P&L and sales KPIs, including Sell-In, Sell-Out, Inventories, Gross Sales, Credit & Collect, Trade Spending, and commercial plan negotiation and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing complex customer relationships
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PPT
- Retail Link and Tableau knowledge is required
