The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and managing a portfolio of high-value customers.
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maximizing share of wallet through upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales support to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by driving new business and expanding existing relationships.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Monitoring market trends and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Identifying new business opportunities through lead follow-up and market research.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to close new business opportunities.
- Managing and growing a portfolio of key clients.
- Meeting and exceeding activity and revenue targets.
The Profile
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a B2B sales or account management role, preferably in the commodity trading and electronics industry.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
- You are a team player who can manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- You are highly driven and thrive in fast-paced environments.
