The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of high-value customers.
  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maximizing share of wallet through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales support to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets by driving new business and expanding existing relationships.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through lead follow-up and market research.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to close new business opportunities.
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of key clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding activity and revenue targets.

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a B2B sales or account management role, preferably in the commodity trading and electronics industry.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You are a team player who can manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • You are highly driven and thrive in fast-paced environments.
