Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process logistics liability claims in accordance with Global Claims Centre procedures and insurer requirements.
- Apply extensive knowledge of transportation laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely claims handling.
- Initiate recoveries from third parties and provide ongoing support to staff.
- Contribute to claims system development and training initiatives.
- Report on claims data and provide frequent updates to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in transport insurance.
- Knowledge of international transport legislation.
- Advanced English language skills.
