The Role

The Collection Representative provides exceptional service to our customers, effectively managing the company's receivables. Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Demonstrating problem-solving skills when dealing with customers and colleagues">
  • Analyzing and monitoring delinquent account balances, including effective overdue control and follow-up programs">
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve collections issues and remove payment barriers">
  • Maintaining accurate customer contact notes following established standard repeatable processes">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related quantitative discipline">
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in Collections">
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems">
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel">
