ATSG Corporation is seeking a highly skilled International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Specialist to join our team in Panama City, Panama.

Estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, based on location and experience. This compensation range is estimated and may vary based on individual qualifications and other factors.

About the Role:

This Counternarcotics (CN) Specialist Advisor will work with the U.S. Department of State (DOS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs' (INL) on the Central America Regional Security Initiative (CARSI) - Panama task order.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Enhance partnership with INL on CARSI-Panama by providing expert advice on counternarcotics efforts.
  2. Work closely with the ATSG team to expand the scope of work beyond Central American countries.
  3. Brief senior officials on key policy issues related to narcotics control and law enforcement.
  4. Maintain effective relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and local partners.
Requirements:
  • U.S. citizen or equivalent clearance required.
  • MRPT certification or RSO Clearance for foreign nationals.
  • Bachelor's degree in international relations, law enforcement, public administration, or a related field.
  • FSI level 3/3 Spanish and English language proficiency.
  • Three years of experience working overseas in an Embassy environment or specialized supervisory experience.
