Job Title: Senior Salesforce Platform Administrator

EF Education First is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Platform Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage user access levels and security settings to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain user profiles, roles, and permission sets to support business processes.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business needs.
  • Perform data imports, exports, and updates using tools like Data Loader to ensure data integrity and cleanliness.
  • Manage and configure Salesforce settings, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of the Salesforce platform.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Oversee integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required. Advanced certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Proficiency in user management, security settings, and data management.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (e.g., Flow, Data Loader).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
