Caterpillar is seeking a skilled Human Resources Operations professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by executing HR customer service and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to operational excellence in HR by efficiently and accurately executing processes related to employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Provide an excellent service experience when executing employee-facing processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the employee experience, quality, velocity, and/or cost of HR processes.
• Support the maintenance of an HR Operations knowledge database and the gathering and reporting of HR operational metrics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree
• 1 to 2+ years of progressive job-related experience (Consultative Human Resources)
• Computer skills
• Advanced English
Preferred Qualifications:
• Workday Understanding desirable
• HR Generalist experience
• Portuguese Advanced
