Job Overview
The Commercial Operations Director will be responsible for leading the commercial operations team, managing relationships with Distributors and supporting the development of the franchise strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Distributors and support the development of the franchise strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Distributors to manage, support and develop the operational Distributor(s) performance across the markets.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to meet Distributor needs.
- Support operation with major Cluster Key Accounts and Healthcare Organizations.
- Manage business specifics e.g. pricing changing forms (PCF), Undertaking letters (UTL).
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong experience/ skills with Excel and Power Point.
- Team player.
- Bring a great attitude.
