**EVENT ASSISTANT REQUIRED (PANAMA, PANAMA).**
Our nonprofit organization needs a professional **BILINGUAL EVENT ASSISTANT**to work at a Congress from Monday, August 4, 2025, to Saturday, August 9, in Panama City, Panama. The daily schedule is as follows:
- **Monday, August 4**: 5:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- **Tuesday, August 5**: 5:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- **Wednesday, August 6**: 5:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- **Thursday, August 7**: 5:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- **Friday, August 8**: 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Saturday, August 9**: 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM
We need an **EVENT ASSISTANT** who can assist the event producer.
The experienced **EVENT ASSISTANT** will:
- Assist the event producer with the event setup.
- Pick up print items at the nearby print shop.
- Assist with guest check-in.
- Assist event producer with other light tasks as needed.
You must have at least three years of experience as an event assistant or higher, data entry experience, and Zoom experience. Have own laptop. You must also be poised, personable, and able to think quickly on your feet.
Dress attire is professional (business suit).
