Who you are... - You are highly driven and self-starting. - You have an awareness of commercial arrangements and are business savvy. - You love to build deep trust-based relationships with customers. - You can identify opportunities and create a win-win for customers and ELEVATE. - You can deliver against a plan and can quickly identify and bring a plan back on course if the scope is creeping. - You have a high degree of empathy, able to identify customer pain points quickly. - You are always looking for ways to create value to both the customer and ELEVATE. Key Responsibilities... - Establish clear goals and milestones that you and the customer will be working towards. - Help customers receive value quickly by managing product implementation and onboarding. - Drive additional value by encouraging deeper feature adoption. - Contribute to revenue generation through renewals, upsells and expansions. - Synthesise customer feedback and work with internal teams to respond to customer needs. - Create "raving fans" and advocates among your customer base.
