Engineering Marketing Expert

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We’re looking for a Marketing Expert to be part of our talented team in Hilti Sub Region in Panama.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVES?
- Responsible for the growth of Hilti´s Engineering Products Portfolio for all Latin American Distributors in 20 countries with a focus on Top markets such as the Dominican Republic, Panama, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Uruguay.
- Other Markets include the Rest of Carribean countries, Central America, Venezuela, Bolivia, Paraguay and Guyana
- Responsible for implementing and localizing the global Product Leadership Startegy to the Latin American Distributors markets.
- Support the Business Developers and the distributors to win opportunities in big projects such as Resorts, Power Plants, Hospitals, Metro projects
- Define launch date, pricing and market strategy for new HIlti products introduction.
- Responsible to implement a calendar of activities, marketing campaigns and trainings to increase the market share of Engineering HIlti products in the Latin American Distributors Market
- In charge of providing clarity and transparency to the Managment team on critical KPIs such as sales, quantity, market share, profitability
- Responsible of providing product trainings and support the distributors on a daily basis with partner´s technical doubts
- Scope of products include anchors (Chemical and Mechanical), Direct Fastening Tools and Consumables, Installation Systems, Fire Protection, Engineering Softwares

- University degree in Engineering
- 3 years of professional experience in technical engineering positions. Marketing or product management knowledge will be a plus
- Fluent in English is a must; fluency either in Spanish or Portuguese is required.
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong analytical, commercial and presentation skills. Self-driven and team player.
- This role requires the applicant to be able to travel to the markets on a potentially frequent basis
