Role Definition Works between marketing teams and technical teams to lead strategic development and adoption of marketing technologies and processes. This role typically has moderate-expert level expertise on marketing technologies, marketing data, and digital marketing acumen. Responsibilities: Develops strategies related to marketing technologies and digital marketing process excellence to improve marketing performance.

Leads efforts in developing marketing technology roadmaps based on business requirements and marketing performance measures. Leads creation, analysis and validation of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria and test cases across moderate to complex needs. This includes creating user stories, defining dependencies, impacts and acceptance criteria, and obtaining requirements sign-off from requesting business partners. Consults with marketing teams with the usage of marketing technologies to improve marketing performance to achieve business objectives.

Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).

**Level Working Knowledge**: - Works with vendors to assure that products or services are delivered to time and quality specifications. - Provides feedback on vendor performance to responsible contract administrators. Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs. Level Extensive Experience: - Works with external vendors (search engine vendors, social media vendors, etc.) on how to market products and services better.
- Oversees the implementation of digital marketing programs within assigned region(s). Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Ability to manager multiple projects simultaneously Working with multiple dealers and/or customers Technical background with understanding of systems and how they interact Data Architecture experience is a plus #LI #BI
