**Principales responsabilidades**: - Comprender, localizar y proponer nuevas oportunidades de mejora de los procesos. Generar hipótesis y establecer pruebas para validarlas utilizando datos. Identificar, analizar e interpretar tendencias o patrones en conjuntos de datos complejos. Interpretar los datos, analizar los resultados mediante técnicas estadísticas y elaborar informes continuos. Participar activamente en las discusiones y decisiones relativas a todo el capítulo de análisis de datos. Colabora con los gestores de productos de datos para crear productos de datos increíbles. Trabajar con los directivos para priorizar las necesidades empresariales y de información. Ayude a difundir una mentalidad basada en los datos y a mejorar el conocimiento de los mismos. Sea un evangelista de los datos.¿Qué Buscamos?- Más de 4 años de experiência trabajando con analítica, BI, estadística o cualquier otra área relacionada. Dominio de SQL. Amplia experiência en visualización de datos y narración de historias con datos. Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación, capacidad para colaborar y establecer relaciones con usuarios no técnicos. Nível avanzado de inglés.Deseable
- 1+ años de experiência con Python, R u otro lenguaje de programación. Experiência en análisis de personas.
