Built with the digital nomad in mind, Selina is disrupting the hospitality industry with a design, tech and socially-centric approach to boutique hotel and co-working developments that enable travelers to seamlessly live and work abroad.What the roleisThe Marketing Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an optimal promotion and distribution of all products available at the specific Selina location.This position reports to the General Manager at location level and will be implementing Global and Country Level Marketing strategies and following corporate procedures. Knows very well the market and will be developing partnerships and brand promotions.What you will be doingCreate, manage and execute the locations marketing plan in accordance with brand guidelines and in partnership with Country and Global MarketingPromote the Selina brand, experience and services to drive sales and revenue in all products (beds, co-work, tours, wellness, education, retail).Manage marketing locations budget.Manage the marketing process for all activities in your location.Work with Selina teams to establish local partnerships to drive location revenue including events and sponsorship.Use CRM to log activity, opportunities and closed/won deals Marketing.Manage local public relations opinion leaders and influencers.Coordinate the locations social media management and promotional materialsVisit new local destinations in order to gain information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers.Support in the creation of marketing initiatives for all products in the location with the support of the Country Marketing Director and external vendors.Analyze data and provide reports with conclusionsCreate and maintain a unique experience across all offerings.Responsible for ensuring T&T promotional content is spread adequately around the location areas (Reception, Selina Home, Selina Playground, Selina CoWok property hallways,mood boards, elevators, rooms, partner transportation vehicles, etc.)Manage with the PR agencies press releases to enhance awareness of events, external event sponsorships and strategic partnerships.Coordinate interviews, local media and photo shootsDeveloping the marketing strategy for the company in line with Locations objectives.Co-ordinating marketing campaigns according to sales activities.Creation and publication of all location marketing material in line with global Brand guidelines.Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.Overall responsibility for brand management and brand identityPreparing online and print marketing campaigns.Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.Working closely with design, digital and PR agencies for reach the Marketing KPIs.Support the execution of Brand Awareness Activities.What you need for the roleDegree in Marketing or Business AdministrationLocal hospitality Market knowledgeForecasting and budgetingEnglish proficiency and local languageMinimum 2 years in sales managementPrevious experience in Marketing inhospitality is a plusTime Management, Creativity and Cultural Sensitivity SkillsRevenue and Profit OrientedExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenAble to work independently and creatively to close new sales opportunitiesAble to work and collaborate in a matrix environmentStrong negotiation and relationship management skillsWhat can you expectCompetitive salary Performance bonus No dress code Pet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly) Multiple online training opportunities Cultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
