As a SALES SUPERVISOR, you will guarantee the coverage of the budget in the assigned channel, through the correct management to comply with the standards, generating action plans to guarantee business growth and increase in market share.

This job is onsite in Central Provinces in Panama. #LI-Onsite

You will report to the manager of the position.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will manage the budget compliance.
- You will work toward the sale of new products and minimize the risk of accidents at work.
- Maintain inventory control ensuring an organized portfolio in the points of sale.
- Build sales strategies together with our dealers and provide specialty consulting on our product portfolio.
- Deal with wholesalers and homecenter customers.
- Works with the internal and diverse team to secure the highest standard administrative follow-up of the process, and handling of multiple computer software (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).

**Qualifications**
- Proficient level of English.
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Two years in retail, commercial, hardware or mass consumption chains, in supervisory or store/chain management.positions.
- Availability to travel
