Sales Supervisor

As a **SALES SUPERVISOR**,** you will guarantee the coverage of the budget in the assigned channel, through the correct management to comply with the standards of operational excellence (Regulatory, physical and service evaluation), generating action plans to face the risks in the operation and with this guarantee business growth and increase in market share in Panamá center, west and centrals until Agua Dulce.
**Key Responsabilities**
- You will be responsible for the budget compliance, achieving the Sellout growth of each point of sale vs. the previous year.
- Working as part of a team, you will strive for the sale of new products and minimize the risk of accidents at work (promoting and ensuring the use of safety tools).
- You will maintain inventory control ensuring an efficient portfolio in the points of sale and reduction of returns.
- Build sales strategies in conjunction with our dealers and provide specialty consulting on our product portfolio.
- Deal with wholesalers and homecenter customers.
- Optimally works with the internal and multidisciplinary team to secure the highest standard administrative follow-up of the process, and handling of various computer systems and software (sales force, SAP, Oracle).
**Qualifications**
- Proficient level of English.
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Two years in retail, commercial, hardware or mass consumption chains, in Supervisory or store/chain management positions.
- Availability to travel and own movility
- Team support and problem solving.
