- Partners with DTS & WHS sales teams to deploy Customer Value offer for all Customers, to boost customers growth
- Built key trade initiatives in coordination with ke accounts enhancing customers volume and PepsiCo profitability
- Conect with commercial agreement trade initiatives to strength customer relationship and volume
- Identifies market trends and deploy commercial strategies to capatilize growth along with sales team
- Refresh Execution standars and provide Point Of Sale execution visibility
- Support Commercial transformational project from a trade and merchandising perspective
- Track Top line end to end DTS & WHS initiatives from ideation, S&OP Building Block connection and playbook communication to FL
- Design and tracking of sales contests
- Support DTS & WHS Sales Managers on S&OP Process Results & Trends
- Manage and execute DTS & WHS building blocks in the S&OP Process (1 Team Plan)
- Point of Contact for the Sales, Finance teams for New Business Proposals
- Point of Contact for the Categories to influence in product design and distribution
