The Sales Representative position is essential for the efficient and effective operation of the sales department, reporting directly to the Managing Director and Head of Sales for Panama and Colombia. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with skills in problem-solving and decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (used as KPI´s for Performance Management)
- Supports the development of the strategy.
- Contributes to the creation of the sales plan.
- Carries out regular Sales Dialogs with his supervisor.
- Participates in regular Sales Meetings.
- Supports the information flow in the country organization and promotes the collaboration with the other business areas (esp. Engineering and Operations).
- Participates in development programs (e.g. Sales Trainings).
- Makes sure the compliance rules are being adhered to.
- Realization of the market development according to the Central America strategy (“Marketing Mix”)
- Promotes customer relationship management (incl. KAM) and proactive customer acquisition. Is involved in important customer and project matters with appropriate intensity.
- Creation of competitor analysis.
- Provides for a clear definition of the scope of services incl. services, project calculation and contract management in the offer process.
- Creates simple, technical offers.
- Implements the value-based pricing approach.
- Adheres to the Sales policy.
- Promotes project monitoring (claim management, accounting for services).
- Secures the compliance with project management processes and methods.
- Uses the Sales Pipeline and optimizes the data quality and significance of the sales projection/forecast.
- Contributes to a functioning complaint management.
- Manages to finish open customer accounts receivable (“customer credit management”)
- Supports the market price evaluation on product level (based on sector mapping).
- Pushes Innovation Management.

**Qualifications**
Civil Engineer.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Proficiency in English.

Use of CRM systems.

Control of target achievement via standardized software tools (CRM, Sales Dashboard, etc.)

Business know-how and sales skills.

2 years of experience in similar positions involving formwork.

**EXTERNAL NETWORKING**

Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and service providers can facilitate smoother transactions, negotiation of terms, and resolution of issues related to purchases, invoices, and payments.
