Seguimiento a indicadores de servicio en ingresos, despachos, reacondicionamiento de producto y confiabilidad del inventario. Suministrar información sobre inventarios, facturación y despachos
- Priorizar despachos y asignar la mercancía de acuerdo con solicitudes existentes
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con fuerza de ventas, cliente interno y clientes externos. Elaborar los informes requeridos para las diferentes áreas que los requieran. Administración y control de la bodega de producto terminado y de materiales de acondicionamiento (inventarios cíclicos, conciliación mensual, inventario W2W anual)
- Revisión y procesamiento para pago de las facturas de los proveedores logísticos. Nuevos Negocios: Da un apoyo activo que asegura la fluidez de los procesos de facturación de nuevos productos en cumplimiento de los requerimientos establecidos en los SOP y de las Políticas de Pfizer. Políticas, Procedimientos y Regulaciones: Asegurar el cumplimiento de las Políticas Corporativas de Pfizer en alineamiento de SOX, buenas prácticas de manipulación, almacenamiento y distribución de productos farmacéuticos y regulaciones locales de exportación de productos. Servicio al Cliente: Garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos en procesos de facturación, órdenes de pedido y exportaciones, a través de un seguimiento continuo con cada una de las áreas involucradas en los procesos. Procedimientos del Área (SOP): Realizar una revisión y actualización periódica de los SOP del área para asegurar su cumplimiento por parte de cada uno de los colaboradores responsables. Objetivos financieros: Se asegura del cumplimiento presupuestal analizando tendencias y proyecciones.
Plantea y desarrolla oportunidades de mejora de las que se obtengan ahorrosLas calificaciones mínimas para este rol son: - Profesional en carreras administrativas enfocadas en Logística y Comercio exterior
- Dominio de Office - Excel Nível Experto
- Conocimiento de Buenas prácticas de almacenamiento / Buenas prácticas de manufactura
- Disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia a la Ciudad de Colon
- Bilingüe: Dominio verbal y escrito de español e inglés. Mínimo 5 años de experiência, en administración de Bodegas e inventarios preferiblemente del sector farmacéutico. Con experiência en comercio exterior, gestión de inventarios, servicio al cliente, Cadena de Suministro.Otros Conocimientos, Destrezas y Habilidades
- Conocimiento de control presupuestal y pago a proveedores
- Habilidad y disposición de Servicio al Cliente
- Conocimiento en el manejo de herramientas tecnológicas - Manejo de SAP (deseable)
- Capacidad de organización y atención a los detalles.
