**Misión del puesto**
Es responsable de las operaciones aéreas y sus componentes, incluyendo, pero no limitado a los procesos, personas, estructura, flujos de trabajo, indicadores y en términos generales su resultado.
Vela por el desarrollo de la estrategia global y regional del producto aéreo aplicando para ello los lineamientos recibidos desde la Regional.
**Funciones del puesto**
- Coordinar de manera estrecha con el Gerente General, la correcta implementación de la estrategia global de DSV.
- Organizar las distintas funciones de Producto para una adecuada cobertura de las principales áreas de trabajo: Procesos, Pricing, Procurement, Operaciones, Gateway, Shipping Run, CargoWise, IATA, etc.
- Distribuir mediante la Matriz de Aprobaciones, las competencias para aprobación de costos, recursos o gestiones entre los colaboradores de su equipo
- Diseñar, implementar y hacer cumplir las metas operacionales, financieras y de volumen dentro para el Producto Air.
- Diseñar, implementar y hacer cumplir indicadores de gestión para el Producto Aéreo
- Participar activamente en el desarrollo del Producto Aéreo
- Solución de problemas operativos de gran escala
- Asumir el rol de Sponsor para cuentas especiales en acuerdo con la línea Gerencial
- Producir y distribuir los reportes correspondientes para las tareas asignadas
- Es posible que deba asumir el rol de entrenador en alguno de los módulos o etapas del proceso de inducción de nuevos colegas.

**Funciones QHSE**:

- Procurar el cuidado integral de su salud y el medio ambiente.
- Suministrar información veraz sobre su estado de salud.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las obligaciones del empleador en términos de Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente.
- Conocer los riesgos laborales y aspectos ambientales relacionados con su cargo.
- Participar activamente en la prevención de riesgos profesionales y aspectos ambientales
- Participar en el proceso de elección de sus representantes en el Comité de Salud y Seguridad en el trabajo, Comité de Convivencia y colaborar con dicho ente.
- Reportar todo incidente y accidente laboral y ambiental.

- Asegurarse de aplicar el sistema de gestión en salud y seguridad ocupacional, y ambiental durante la realización de cualquier actividad dentro de la empresa.
- Motivar a sus compañeros de trabajo a que también lo hagan.
- Brindar sugerencia que conlleven al mejoramiento del desempeño organizacional en lo que respecta a la salud y seguridad ocupacional y ambiente.
