**This is a remote position located in Panama**

**Responsibilities**:
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Provide business support for internal teams to ensure efficient completion of requests. Includes but not limited to building complex quotes (Enterprise License Agreements, Compliance, Upgrades, Swaps), & confirming suitability of order documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to secure needed deliverables
- Coordinate with Legal team to ensure documents are up to date and applicable
- Communicate clear instructions to internal teams to educate on our processes/procedures
- Provide world class customer service to both our internal and external customers

Qualifications:
**Skills Needed For the Role**
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent, plus 1+ years related experience in similar position supporting sales organization (Sales Support, Sales Operations, Order Management, Finance)
- 1+ years of experience building quotes with Salesforce CPQ or Steelbrick CPQ
- Fluent in English.
- High attention to detail & multitasking is a must. Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize objectively and time management.
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast changing environment
- Able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Pro-active work style with the desire to optimize internal processes
- Standard West Coast office hours (9:00am-6:00pm EST) with the expectation that extra hours will be required around our busiest times of the month/quarter/year.
