We have an exciting opportunity to join the **Enabling Solutions **Maintenance Team **as a **Participant Data Maintenance Associate **. This position supports the day to day activities of multiple functions including participant data maintenance. Incumbents deal with both fixed and variable retirement products in the non-qualified and qualified markets. Responsible for reviewing and processing transaction requests that are both in good order and that require additional research.

We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, dependable to their core, who have the tenacity and initiative to create a customer experience that differentiates Prudential and our products.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-2 years of operations or customer service-related experience
- Financial Services industry experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships
- Able to work effectively with colleagues across multiple locations / virtually
- Ability to excel in a team environment, as well as work well independently
- Strong organization skills with the ability to successfully manage change and receive detailed performance feedback
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively explain complex processes/procedures
- Self-motivated, drives deliverables and meets all required deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills
- Demonstrated peer leadership in diverse team settings
- Flexibility with your schedule
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
