Provides consultation to the business on roles and responsibilities of all partners and stakeholders in the recruiting process.

Meets/supports goals and objectives as communicated by management.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bilingual in English is mandatory - Portuguese is strongly desired.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Sourcing capabilities and creative techniques to identify potential talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; Good listening skills.
- Strong organizational, follow-up skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and drive to completion.
