Fast growing accounting / consulting firm seeks an Experienced Senior Accountant. We are seeking a self-motivated, “roll-up your sleeves”, enthusiastic professional with a genuine desire to embrace this challenging career opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment, while taking on a variety of assignments. This individual will be responsible for the following functions: Assist our clients with and oversee Staff Accountants with the following: SEC audit and review preparation, Monthly financial closings, Assistance with accounting procedures, Review of back office and accounting staff work, Assessment and improvement of financial processes and internal controls, Prepare and review financial statements for both the public and private sector including disclosures for audit, review and compilation engagements Assume responsibility of the efficiency of performance for engagements Develop and maintain client relationships Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
**Requisitos**:
**Qualifications**: A minimum of 4 years of experience at a PCAOB Accounting Firm Bachelor's degree with a focus in Accounting - CPA required Knowledge of SEC accounting A strong understanding of accounting for equity and debt transactions a big plus Working knowledge of GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Possess outstanding project management and analytical skills; must be able to prioritize Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
