**Position Description**
As the Rare Disease Business Unit Director, you will lead the team in defining the short, medium, and long-term strategy and vision, to maximize opportunities though people development and the preparation of strategic sales and marketing plans for the Rare Disease area.
- Identify business and product opportunities, developing strategies to maximise investment.
- Prepare, execute, control, and monitor sales budgets and local expenses.
- Monitor Rare Disease P&L to achieve BSC goals.
- Support the development of promotional material and events with the Product Manager.
- Ensure compliance with the Novo Nordisk Way (NNWay), Business Ethics guidelines, Policies, Procedures, and Quality Management System (QMS), as well as Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance requirements.

**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you need to have:

- A bachelor's degree related to business and/or health.
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in high speciality therapeutic areas is highly preferred
- Advanced level of English
