Internship Overview This role will provide various Controls & Compliance services to the ELC Global Finance community, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and execute accordingly.

These areas include but are not limited to the Sarbanes-Oxley program, Controls follow up, Third Party Administrator, Facilitated Self-Assessment, SOX 302, Tableau Dashboarding, and Controls Issue Management. Responsabilities SOX 302 Consolidation & Reporting SOX 404 follow-up Representation Letter Reporting and Follow-up Third Party Risk Management & Reporting (SOC-1/SSAE 18 requirements) Global Policy Facilitation & Publication C&C Communication Governance (SharePoint maintenance, Newsletter) Controls & Compliance Calendar Administration & Status Reporting Develop new visualization dashboards based on service delivery needs as identified by internal customer groups. Provide periodic reporting updates / snapshots from Tableau dashboards to drive status update discussions and/or provide insights based on tool outputs. Qualifications Q ualifications Microsoft Office.
