The Distribution Manager will focus on ensuring Red Bull is being distributed perfectly in all the CASA markets where Red Bull is being sold through a distribution partner.The Distribution Manager role has following priorities: RTM development: work with all the departments and closely with the Off Premise Manager on setting up and optimizing the route to market in the region.
Lead the process and propose the direction to be followed and implement the change in the market.DP ways of working: supporting the region to continuously develop the ways of working with the distribution partners.
Lead projects related to the optimization of these topics across the region.Structures: guarantee the right routines, correct deployment of the DP related structure projects.Implementation: Implement as global standard all Red Bull distribution partner management tools systems and processes across all markets.Support markets to collaboratively add value to distribution partner performance, through considering RTM, value chain, process optimization and countries ability to drive distribution partners performance.
Engage directly with distributors and potential distributors when required to develop business opportunities.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Expand allRoute To MarketWork on new RTM, optimize the go to market strategy through structure, value chain improvements, P&L & partnershipsStrategy and PlanningDefinition of a long-term distribution model for the region.
Design and implement actions within the business plan focused on the development of the distribution model.Maintain and implement global tools, systems and processes in all DP markets.Ensure 100% sign-up (in approved markets) to commercial objectives through sign up to yearly commercial annexes (Business Plans).
Optimize use of data empowering markets in the insight driven use of the internal toolsCreate and develop a strong commercial relationship with the distributors, based on a sustainable win-win focus.Lead by example and hands on, supporting and empowering teams.EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role: Minimum 8 years sales management incl.
distribution partner management experience with a proven track record of success.Successful front-line experience in managing high-level distributors.Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources (i.e. Nielsen, Canadean, etc)Excellent communication and active listening skillsInnovative, solution-oriented mindsetLoyal and team playerSelf-motivated and able to work independently (high autonomy, self-starter)In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry, beverage industry a plusProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointUniversity BA is a must - MBA/Masters/Post-Grad Degree is a plusLanguages: English, Spanish (most of the work is done in English and Spanish)Cross-Cultural Experience: Having lived and/or worked in/with different countries is a benefitTravel 40-50%
