WHAT´S THE ROLE?
We’re looking for a Marketing Expert to be part of our talented team in Hilti Sub Region in Panama.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVES?
- Responsible for managing sales and profit results for the Sub Region within the given product/s through effective design and implementation of the PLS strategy and agree products and/or service specific opportunities to deliver opportunities for future growth.
- Define launch dates and plan new products introduction.
- Responsible for the marketing roadmap for the Sub region.
- Analyze critical KPIs such as sales, quantity, market share, profitability and define product positioning by trade and pricing strategy.
- Give trainings and support to partner´s technical doubts

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- University degree in Engineering
- 3 years of professional experience in technical engineering positions. Marketing or product management knowledge will be a plus
- Fluent in English is a must; fluency either in Spanish or Portuguese is required.
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong analytical, commercial and presentation skills. Self-driven and team player.
