**Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to drive operational efficiency in our real estate investment company.
This role is designed for a proactive individual with a background in real estate operations who can bridge strategic vision with tactical execution.
**Key Responsibilities**: Transactional Oversight: Manage real estate transactions, including contracts, escrow, closings, and purchase agreements, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
**Operational Leadership**: Execute the strategic vision set by leadership, ensuring alignment across departments and efficient day-to-day operations.
**Process Development & Automation**: Design, implement, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and automation to streamline operations related to real estate transactions.
**Team Management**: Coach and support a diverse team, driving productivity and accountability while fostering a high-performance culture.
**Client Interaction**: Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes and address any issues that may arise.
**Technology & Systems Management**: Utilize project management tools, CRM systems, and data insights to monitor performance and improve processes.
**Global Talent Integration**: Manage onboarding, training, and development for remote team members, ensuring smooth integration of global talent.

**Qualifications**: Real Estate Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate investment, operations, or brokerage environments, specifically handling transactions (contracts, escrow, closings, purchase agreements).
**Transactional Knowledge**: Proven understanding of the real estate transaction process, including lead generation, CRM systems, and closing procedures.
**Team Leadership**: Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized teams and promote accountability and high performance.
**Technical Proficiency**: Strong aptitude with automation tools, project management software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
