**What's the role**:
Reporting to the Business Product Owner, this role will serve the role of product owner for agile development management of digital journeys and platforms focused on the final delivery of different digital products for eCommerce and eCare. This position will be responsible for serving as the liaison with the business owners in the various OpCos representing the business needs, with senior product owners, and scheduling and managing the agile platform development based on the requirements
**What you'll do**:
- **Delivering business results and customer value**
- Specific and measurable KPI’s to be defined for each Squad.
- Achieve strategic OKR’s defined by a digital framework that underlies our regional digital strategy.
- **Setting an overall vision to direct and inform the Squad’s work**
- Drive and align the squad’s work, goals, and objectives in order to achieve delivery and quality.
- Translating high-level company ambitions into a clear vision for your Squad to inform the creation and prioritization of the Squad's backlog of work.
- Sharing information about the Squad’s output and priorities with other Product Owners to ensure alignment across the organization.
- **Serving as the voice of customers or end-user**
- Proactively seeking customer feedback to learn and better understand their needs and requirements.
- Representing customer needs and requirements to ensure they are well-understood by the Squad.
- Facilitating product demos to empower Squad members with real-time feedback from customers.
- **Engaging key business and IT stakeholders across the company**
- Regularly engaging key stakeholders.
- Conducting annual and quarterly reviews with key stakeholders.
- Showcasing and giving visibility of the product created along the organization, including leadership.
- **Overseeing what is delivered by the Squad and by when**
- Prioritizing work through a well-organized backlog of user stories, and clearly communicating what needs to be done and by when.
- Defining and clearly communicating acceptance criteria for output based on business & customer needs.
- Making trade-off decisions to balance product quality, cost, and delivery timelines, as needed.
- Synchronizing the product backlog with other squads in order to achieve re-utilization of built capabilities in other commercial initiatives.
- Optimizing work by avoiding duplication with other squads.
- **Supporting and enabling the Squad to get its work done**
- Regularly engaging with the Squad to offer feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements,
and answer questions.
- Engaging with Chapter Leads with regards to resourcing and functional expertise required in Squad.
- Working with group functions, shared services, and other stakeholders to make sure the Squad has what it needs to do its work.
- Removing roadblocks or bottlenecks that prevent the Squad from progressing on its work.
- **Enabling the organization’s new way of working**
- Modeling behaviors to support the organization’s transformation to a new way of working.
- Actively creating and maintaining a Squad culture based on the organization and Agile leadership behaviors.
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- Graduate-level (Bachelors or higher) degree in Information Technology, Finance Business, or related field. Significant program management, finance management, and communication experience (8+ years).
- SAFE Agile framework implementation is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years previous relevant experience as a product owner in agile digital development gained within a large commercial environment.
- Deep understanding of the agile development methodology, the role of product owner, and digital platform development.
- Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data.
- The PO will represent the voice of the customer, whether internal or external and make sure that Squad members understand their needs and preferences. To get this work done, he/she will maintain and prioritize the backl
