**The role**

CIAL is seeking a Business Consultant to lead our sales efforts in the country of Panama. Our Business Consultant team is where clients begin their journey with CIAL Dun & Bradstreet. As a business consultant, your goal is to understand the needs of businesses in the region, and connect those businesses to the products we have that can best help them grow.

**What you will do**
- Develop our business in Panama, by prospecting and signing on new customer.
- Prospecting, through cold calling and in-person visits
- Create, manage and develop client portfolio
- Manage the Sales life-cycle through to successful onboarding of new customers, and payment collection.
- Organize meetings / visits to new clients. Preparation and monitoring of proposals.
- Pipeline planning and administration.
- Identify and manage cross selling and up selling opportunities and activities.
- Develop jointly with his/her Leader the commercial strategic plan to achieve growth objectives in Panama.

**What we are looking for**
- Completed Bachelor´s Degree or Engineering (Administrative/Economics careers)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, consultative selling industries (IT, Data Management, Finance, Fintech’s, Platforms) or service sales.
- Spanish mother tongue, advanced English level.
- CRM management (Salesforce desirable).
- Strong ‘Hunter’ profile, negotiation skills, results oriented.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Proactive, resilient, tolerant and self-motivated person.
- Ability to work independently
