Quality Assurance Engineering - Professional

**Actividades**
- Es el responsable de elaborar el plan de pruebas internas alineadas a la validación de la calidad funcional de los requerimientos definidos a través de las historias de usuario/requerimientos.
- Realiza actividades relacionadas con la planificación, diseño, scripting, ejecución y realización de informes de los procesos de pruebas
- Documenta los planes de pruebas internas para asegurar la entrega de aplicaciones de software de calidad al cliente a partir del documento de solución entregado por el Arquitecto
- Ejecuta el plan de pruebas interno de acuerdo con las indicaciones dadas por el Arquitecto, BA y Developer con el alcance para la región SIT y UAT, inclusive sugerir pruebas de regresión para equipo Tcoe.
- Gestiona la solicitud de recursos de B24 presentando el objetivo, script de pruebas y tarjetas que se van a utilizar para dar soporte en las pruebas de aplicación, redes domésticas, marcas, performance para la aceptación del usuario
- Soporta y supervisa pruebas de rendimiento apoyados con el equipo FTS
- Responsable de reportar incidentes durante la ejecución de la prueba y documentado el caso
- Responsable del seguimiento para la solución de incidentes de acuerdo a los SLAs
- Elabora y documenta las evidencias de las pruebas ejecutadas antes de entregar el código al cliente
- Responsable de documentar los casos de pruebas y publicar evidencias la herramienta del Banco y en sharepoint interno.
- Cargar las horas en las HU/HB de acuerdo con la dedicación asignada semanalmente
- Participar en las ceremonias: daily, review, retrospective y planning.

**Competencias**
- Experiência en una posición similar mínimo de 5 años en giros Bancarios o Medios de pago
- Orientación al cliente
- Orientado a resultados
- Trabajo en equipo y colaboración
- Experiência en proyectos con metodología scrum
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos en pruebas en paralelo bajo el marco de trabajo scrum
- Calidad enfocada con gran atención al detalle
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión con plazos ajustados, con impulso y compromiso hacia la ejecución de proyectos.
- Creativo con grandes habilidades de análisis
- Nível de Inglés intermedio - avanzado
- Competente en uso de herramientas de microsoft office
- Flexibilidad para trabajar fuera del horario de atención/on call/fines de semana según sea necesario
