**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Provide accurate quotes and proposals for service contracts and system installations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in HVAC technology.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree completed
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales focused on HVAC
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license
