Resumen:

Implantar y configurar soluciones de transporte por microondas para aplicaciones móviles, fijas y B2B.

Responsabilidades**:¿Cómo agregarás valor?**

Implantar las soluciones de microondas diseñadas por el departamento de diseño de transporte.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de operaciones de transporte y proporcionar soporte de microondas de nível 3.
Trabajar estrechamente con los proveedores revisando los nuevos productos, características y tecnologías a considerar para las soluciones de Transporte en todos los mercados.
Crear diagramas de red Visio muy detallados siguiendo los estándares de la empresa.
Trabajar regularmente con los proveedores en el análisis de costes y la optimización de CAPEX.

Calificaciones**:Lo que necesitas**:
**Formación/calificación preferida**:
Licenciatura en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o Informática.
**Conocimientos y experiência**:

- Experiência práctica demostrada en la operación e implementación de radios de microondas en un entorno de telecomunicaciones.
- Un mínimo de 4 años de experiência en la configuración de microondas para aplicaciones de transporte.
- Conocimiento sólido de los cálculos de trayectorias de microondas (Pathloss).
- Conocimiento sólido de la asignación del espectro de microondas (recomendaciones de la UIT).
- Experiência demostrada en la definición de la lista de materiales de los enlaces de microondas.
- Experiência dirigiendo a proveedores y contratistas en la instalación de enlaces de microondas (frecuencias tradicionales, banda E, agregación de portadoras, diversidad espacial).
- Experiência probada en la configuración de Radio LAG, QoS, Modulación Adaptativa y Canales Amplios.
- Se prefiere que sea bilingüe en español e inglés.
**Habilidades y destrezas**:

Dominio de la creación de diagramas de red y asignación de espectro con atención al detalle.
Teniendo en cuenta los conocimientos altamente técnicos requeridos para este puesto, la aptitud para el aprendizaje y la formación continuos son calificaciones clave para tener éxito.
- El trabajo en equipo y la actitud positiva son cualificaciones imprescindibles para este puesto.
