Specifically, projects are around defining the right product portfolio to address segment needs, assess adequate routes to market, and develop and execute strategies and programs aimed at enabling and maximizing sales and market share in Latin America..The SMB Growth Strategy PMwill plan, leverage best practices, test and execute strategic initiatives to grow the business. Will also lead and manage cross-functional teams to maximize performance and ensure operational execution among Product, Pricing, Field and Merchandising teams. Furthermore, this role will also need to provide market insights, propose and build marketing plans to ensure a strong value proposition across the different routes to market in Latin America.
