**JOB TITLE**:HR Business Partner

**LOCATION**:Panama City, Panama.

**SCHEDULE**:Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

**PAY RATE**: $3.500 USD/per month + Law benefits.

**ABOUT THE COMPANY**:
Our client, an International Private Equity company specializing in the acquisition and servicing of non-performing or distressed assets in the mortgage sector loan portfolios, is searching for a
- Human Resources Business Partner _based in Panama City.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Manage the monthly payroll for employees in Panama and the Caribbean, including salary deductions and social security and tax payments.
- Ensure employee agreements are in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Manage the hiring process for new employees, including onboarding and orientation.
- Prepare social security and tax authority reports and attend to authorities’ supervisory visits and requests.
- Assist with the management of employment agreements, including contract renewals and terminations.
- Create and maintain HR payroll reports for internal management use.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and employment.
- Assist with internal audits as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2+ years of experience in HR and payroll management.
- Previous experience in payroll management is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or administration preferred but not exclusive.
- Master's degree or specialty certification in HR or Payroll Management is a plus.
- Must be familiar with Social Security processes and employee taxes in Panama. Previous experience and knowledge of other countries in the Caribbean is a plus.

- Proactive and self-initiative
- Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
