**What You Will Do -**

You'll work with multiple teams of our global organization (Operations, Sales, Client Success) to deliver data driven solutions. In addition, you’ll utilize data to develop reporting solutions with actionable insights to management to aid in business decisions, strategy and direction that’ll positively influence the growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Business Intelligence / Data Analytics team that currently consists of two analysts.
- Own the strategy and impact data will have on Client Performance, Client Success, Sales, Operations and Executive Management.
- Responsible for overall Business Intelligence projects, deliverables and presentation to stakeholders.
- Extrapolate and deliver powerful insights that help drive our business.
- Gather and consolidate large datasets from various sources and systems within PX to build data products while ensuring data integrity & accuracy.
- Support the development, monitoring, and measurement of results of business key performance indicators.
- Highlight business drivers, perform analyses, and communicate findings to stakeholders for data driven decision-making.
- Partner with cross functional teams to understand business problems, identify opportunities to streamline business processes and develop analytical solutions.
**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s in information systems, Business Analytics, or any other related major. Masters preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in Marketing Analytics w/ focus on performance metrics and predictive modeling
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Python, R, SQL database
- Advanced experience with data Visualization tools in Tableau.
- Strong analytical thought process, with an ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Ability to look for and articulate meaning in numbers and make data-based recommendations.
- Self-Starter with ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills - must be able to communicate and present data findings, strategic recommendations, trends, suggested gameplans
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
