**Responsibilities**:
The Business Operations Analyst, analyzes and defines business needs and assists in developing appropriate solutions; Activities include evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into solution specifications, and documentation and dissemination of best practices; Formulates and defines scope and objectives based on end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business needs and processes; Understands the business implications of business operations and defines solutions to support any future business requirements; analyst work activities to be directed by the team leader include both discrete projects and routines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business users to define and analyze problems.
- Maintains critical systems and provides user support.
- Designs and implements new functional systems.
- Considers the implication of business solutions on the current and future environment.
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering resources, time and form of desired results.
- Utilizes end to end knowledge management tools and technologies to process audits, identify business opportunities, and implement solutions that strengthen business processes.
- Works with customers to define business requirements while designing, developing and testing moderately complex knowledge captures processes and engineer elaborate workflows.
- Determines a course of action based on guidelines.
- Works on problems of limited scope.
- Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include:

- 2+ years of related experience in a professional role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Bilingual: English / Spanish.
