**Responsibilities**:
As a Campaign Manager, you will play a key role. By combining your communication and analytical skills, you will be responsible for managing our clients' campaigns in our proprietary platform, understanding their behavior, and enhancing their performance and growth. Your main responsibilities would be:
- Deep analysis of Marketing Performance metrics.
- Work with data, using tools such as Excel and Tableau.
- Provide a good experience to your customers by optimizing their campaigns and enhancing their growth.
- Ensure a smooth client transition from the Trial Period to your team by providing a nice onboarding and training regarding the Campaign Management service.
- Responsible for hitting our client's KPIs.
- Trend analysis, ROI over time.
- Develop, create, and maintain reports that can be built out in Tableau to assist in campaign management, as well as other areas of the company.
- Manage, optimize, and scale lead and call campaigns on the PX platform towards KPIs.
- Provide weekly campaign updates for managed clients to CSMs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Marketing Research, or any other related major.
- **Fluent English is a must**:
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in roles related to Data analysis.
- **Client-facing experience.**We are looking for someone who has done roles where 60-70% in analyzing data and 30-40% is client-facing, negotiating to grow accounts
- Experience in using programmatic platforms such as Facebook, Google, Bing, Yahoo etc. to buy media
- Experience in the SaaS and/or Advertising industry is a plus
- Customer-centric mindset.
