**DESCRIPTION**: At ttg, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager in Panama City for one of our client companies, someone committed to providing exceptional HR services to our employees. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and evaluating HR services, policies, and programs in Panama. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Facilitate new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Develop and implement onboarding plans, educating new employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Support employees in resolving HR issues efficiently and foster positive employee relations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records and HRIS systems.
- Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, performance management, and training.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employment-related inquiries and refer complex matters to appropriate staff.
- Maintain HRIS records and initiate payroll processes for review and approval.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Director.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 5 years of HR experience including recruitment and payroll.
- Proficient knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Panama.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluency in Spanish, with proficiency in English preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
