If you are a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service in a call center environment, this opportunity is for you Duties and essential responsibilities: Coordinate and manage medical appointments efficiently. Handle patient phone calls and emails. Update and maintain up-to-date appointment records. Multitasks while maintaining great customer service.
