As a Supply Chain Intern at Signify is dynamic. Youâll be responsible for designing and optimizing order management & customer service process aligned with go-to-market channels. You ensure customers are able to place their orders smoothly and easily with appropriate interfaces. You centralize and consolidate the order desk. What youâll do

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and timely within an assigned territory

  • Use reporting tools and partners to ensure and communicate on-time deliveries

  • Answer inquiries and solve problems for customers and stakeholders professionally

  • Expedite deliveries, investigate credit requests, and coordinate with traffic department for claims and proofs

  • Service and develop distributor sales through computer-based tools

  • Interpret and expedite orders, support customers with product information and adjustments, and maximize sales and gross margin

Your qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in College or University, preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineer

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English

  • Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with others

  • Proficient in using Excel and MS Word

  • Committed to providing excellent customer service
