What's the Role?

We are seeking a CRM Process Expert to join our talented regional team based in Panama. You will play a crucial role collaborating with various teams within the region, and we are looking for a team player that can perform in an international working culture.

What does the role involve?

CRM (Salesforce) process owner at a regional level, for all Market Reach functions in the 6 Market Organizations present in the region; Ensure execution in high quality and continuity of owned processes; Owner of relevant Market Reach Dashboards (Sales Management Process, Pipeline Acceleration, Market Reach Performance) at a regional level, being key contact point for users in Latin America and our global headquarters based in Europe; Identify and lead improvements in your area of ownership, pairing with counterparts locally and at a global level to drive these topics; Participate and take leadership in the implementation of Evolution sub projects, being the single point of contact, ensuring seamless implementation and a successful launch.

What you need is:

University Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar fields; Fluent in English; Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese; Salesforce experience is required, knowledge of information systems like SAP (S/4 HANA, ByD, BW) is desirable; Sales Experience will be an advantage, B2B companies preferred; Business and strategy understanding; Strong communication skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed.
