Main Purpose:

Function:
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring all the maintenance activities for service stations and B2B customers, as well as for looking after administrative building facilities.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1- Coordinate and monitor all maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) for service stations and B2B customers by means of telephone calls, emails, etc.

2- Responsible for IT application for the generation, monitoring and enforcement of maintenance requests for service stations and B2B customers

3- Support on administrative tasks related to projects for B2B and the Retail Department and supervision of outsourcing technical staff to provide service to a certain group of stations and B2B customers

4- Monitoring of the budget assigned to the maintenance area. Negotiations with contractors and suppliers in the maintenance area for service stations and B2B.

5- Support on the compliance of Puma Energy industrial safety policies from providers used for the maintenance area in the service stations and for administrative personnel, responsible for executing emergency plans, as well.

6- Supervision and coordination of all the maintenance activities and repairs of the administrative building, including management of outsourcing personnel (maintenance staff, janitors, gardeners, guards).

7- Responsible for making the different purchase orders related with maintenance service, projects and facilities of the administrative building.

Requirements:

Experience:

University degree at Engineering level Experience of, at least, one year in the maintenance areas Knowledge of industrial safety and occupational hygiene

Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite applications. IT systems skills. Customer service oriented Desirable: Bilingual (Spanish and English) Desirable: Studies in United States
