Position: Maintenance Coordinator
Company: Puma Energy
Main Purpose:
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring maintenance activities for service stations, B2B customers, and administrative building facilities.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) for service stations and B2B customers through various communication channels.
- Manage IT applications for maintenance requests for service stations and B2B customers.
- Support administrative tasks for projects in the B2B and Retail Department.
- Monitor the maintenance budget, negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety policies and execute emergency plans.
- Supervise maintenance activities for the administrative building and manage outsourcing personnel.
- Generate purchase orders for maintenance services and facilities.
Requirements:
Experience:
- University degree in Engineering.
- Minimum one year of experience in maintenance.
- Knowledge of industrial safety and occupational hygiene.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- IT systems skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Desirable: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Competencies:
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Collaborative teamwork approach.
- Good decision-making and task follow-up.
- Personnel management proficiency.
