Job Summary:


The Service Account Representative works very closely with the Account Manager and is the main customer contact for operational Services business matters.

We are looking for a professional that will have direct contact with different stakeholders, covering one or more accounts to ensure all the enquiries are processed in a timely and in a professional manner.

In this role you will be responsible for completing and processing spare parts, offering quality service with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction.

This includes, facilitating service sales growth ambition through sales opportunity analysis, management of orders and service contracts, service coordination and customer support.

This position will report to the Services Account Representative Team Leader.
This position is based in Panama City, Panama.
You might be travelling up to 25% of your time.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do:

As a Services Account Representative, you will:

  • Execute end to end process for spare parts.
  • Responsible for the monitoring ongoing orders
  • Research and support with customer requests including follow up of logistics.
  • Create quotes, orders, Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions and repair contracts.
  • Contact vendors for quotes and follow up.
  • Participate in analysis and follow up of service contracts and orders together with Services Key Account Managers (KAM) and Services Account Managers
  • Participate in customer relationships from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communication.
  • Close communication to and collaboration with vendors on price quotes and new materials
  • Participate in analysis of and followup on customer satisfaction results together with Services functions.
  • Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and mandatory rebuilding kits.
  • Participate in preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.
  • Lead coordination and followup Service Contract execution and Service Contract fulfillment
  • Lead customer inquiries, respond and channel it into the organization, including technical issues.
  • Lead customer related master data updates and ensure accuracy to drive transactional sales and service business.

We believe you have:

  • Bachelor ́s degree in industrial engineering, administration, supply chain, logistics and other related fields or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced English level is a must
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint),
  • Nice to have Power BI knowledge
  • SAP/R3 knowledge
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details, organized, high motivated and self initiative
